Individual Therapy

We appreciate the unique needs of different participants which is why Creamos offers individual therapy to every woman who makes the decision to participate in the therapeutic process. Individual sessions focus on understanding one’s thought patterns and building coping mechanisms to affront varied emotional challenges and distressing events.

Family Nurturing Support

At Creamos, we recognize that participants live in stressful environments and that life events impact the entire family unit.

Through a diverse range of programs designed to foster family unity, such as our Parenting School and Family Support sessions, we provide a nurturing platform for parents and family members to come together. Here, they can access support and guidance to cultivate better communication skills and conflict resolution strategies for improving family dynamics and home life.

Financial literacy training is also offered to partcipants through our Emotional Support Department. The curriculum is designed to increase knowledge of financial concepts and exposure to formal banking institutions, while encouraging sustainable savings habits. Course instruction is grounded on the insight that economic violence impedes economic self-determination. Creamos’ Emotional Support staff accompany participants through the registration process for a bank account which is often mandatory for formal employment.
